SYNOPSIS
FX's American Horror Story follows a different cast of characters in the same fictional universe. Some of the plot aspects in each season are loosely based on actual events. Each season has its own "beginning, middle, and climax," creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk say. The second season of American Horror Story has just finished airing. A 13th season of the program has currently been ordered. The series' haunted mansion and the crime scene were used for the pilot episode's on-location shooting at Country Club Park, Los Angeles, California.
It airs on the cable channel FX. With a storyline that has its own "beginning, middle, and climax," each season of the American Story media series is intended to stand alone, following a different cast of characters in the same fictional universe. The series starts with a family that relocates into a home haunted by its previous residents. That is the focus of the first season, Murder House, which is set in Los Angeles, California, in 2011. Asylum, the second season, is set in 1964 and chronicles the lives of the employees and inmates of a facility for the criminally insane in Massachusetts. Coven, the third season, follows a coven of witches as they battle those who want to kill them in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2013. Since then, over 10 seasons of cast shuffling and re-entry of early season characters has been the usual practice with mixed roles. Murphy and Falchuk intended for each season of the show to convey a distinct tale from the start.With her role as Vivien Harmon in Murder House, Connie Britton was the first actress to be cast in the series.Following Denis O'Hare, Larry Harvey joined us. Jessica Lange's first regular television role, and she took over shortly after. Ben Harmon, the male protagonist, played by Dylan McDermott, joined the cast shortly after. With their roles as Tate Langdon and Violet Harmon, respectively, Taissa Farmiga and Evan Peters were the final performers to join the ensemble.
The series' haunted mansion and crime scene, which was used for the pilot episode's on-location shooting at Country Club Park, Los Angeles, California. Alfred Rosenheim, head of the Los Angeles chapter of the American Institute of Architects, created and constructed the single-family home in the Tudor or Collegiate Gothic style in 1908. It was formerly employed as a convent. On sets that resembled the home exactly, the first season was shot. To maintain the appearance of the house, certain details like Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows and hammered bronze light fittings were replicated. |

Joe Mantello, Billie Lourd, Zachary Quinto, Russell Tovey, Leslie Grossman, Charlie Carver, Sandra Bernhard, Isaac Powell, Denis O'Hare, and Patti LuPone are among the cast members of Season 11. The two ominous Season 11 photos were further released. A 13th season of the program has currently been ordered. The second season of American Horror Stories, a collection of stand-alone anthology episodes with sporadic references to American Horror Story, has just finished airing.
